Connect to a DEX like Uniswap, click 'Connect Wallet', and choose Metamask. Approve the transaction in Metamask to begin trading.
Choose ETH in the 'from' field and your preferred token in the 'to' field. Input the amount, click 'Swap' or 'Exchange,' and confirm the transaction in Metamask.
Monitor your transaction status in Metamask under 'Activity' or on Etherscan. If the token doesn't appear, go to 'Assets', click 'Add Token', and input the contract address.
